Amazing chef's knife! I am so glad I made this choice. A balanced mix between German and Japanese knife construction. The edge is so sharp out of box, the handle makes it comfortable to use and the balance is perfect. Highly recommend for those serious about their knife game.

Everything I was looking for in a Japanese knife

The beauty of this knife takes my breath away. The Damascus cladding is lovely, and the handle is out-of-this-world stunning. The attention to detail is impressive: fit and finish is perfect, and it is extremely sharp right out of the box. In short, this knife is both a joy to look at and to use.
