Perfect chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this knife. Blade is beautifully crafted, insanely sharp and I love the control I get with a 6 inch blade. The handle comes to a point on the bottom which is my favorite handle shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a handsome knife! The only negative is the untreated handle. I used beeswax coconut oil mineral oil blend To help preserve the handle from getting damaged. As a professional chef I will be making this my work horse knife.
