Super comfortable handle

When using a meat cleaver for those heavy duty cutting tasks you need the handle to be comfortable and secure and that's what I like about this Premio cleaver. It has a forged bolster for a sturdy feel and a curved, nonslip handle that allows me to have good control. A lot of home chef's don't have a cleaver in their assortment but the price point on this makes it easy to consider adding it to your line up.
