Great mallet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to chop chicken for BBQs and it works great nice and sharp bought a new one because the old one is moving down south with my parents the old one is still nice and sharp had it for years.

This cleaver is forged from German steel so it will be very sharp and hold its edge really well. The curved three rivet handle is both durable and comfortable. This is especially important when using a knife with such a wide, heavy blade. It's a very good value for a knife that is not used every day in most homes.

Nice forged cleaver. Great for chopping up sweet potatoes, gourds and all kinds of veggies then just scoop them up using the knife

This blade is not intimidating. Have no fear!! You will like using this blade when you have lots of meats and vegetables to chop. The handle is smooth and comfortable to hold. the blade is sharp and sturdy. try using this cleaver for crushing garlic and ginger!!

Ideal tool for cutting through bones and tendons. Allows you to easily break down a chicken or slab of ribs. Also use for smashing garlic or cutting hard butternut squash. Contoured handle and forged bolster for secure grip and control.
