[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The balance and weight of this prep knife is perfect. It's a joy to hold and to behold. Beautiful Damascus pattern, gorgeous solid wood, excellent attention to detail. Japanese aesthetic and craftsmanship, German engineering... If history has taught us anything, for better or worse, these cultures know how to create beautifully efficient weaponry... Er... Cutlery. It's an excellent knife.

Perfect for small jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you don’t want to take out your big chefs knife and have to wash it and clean it right away, the smaller one is perfect for jobs like slicing up green onions, or any other smaller vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a awesome feeling knife they only thing I would change is to make the handle just a little thicker, however the knife comes with a crazy sharp blade on it when you buy it it’s very easy to handle and holds edge very well
