[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a smaller version of the kaizen 2 larger 8 inch chefs knife and it’s very manageable! Feels good in my hand is light and incredibly sharp. Love it!

Wonderful weight and precision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a vegan chef, so I most frequently prepare vegetables and plant-based food. This knife works wonderfully with my hand and the veg. I have medium/small hands with narrow fingers. The weight is very balanced while not tiring my wrist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second. I have the 8” also. These are very well balanced and hold a great edge. I like Mitch better than everything I have tried. I also enjoy the appearance. You seldom get looks and performance all in one nice knife.
