[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third knife from Miyabi and I’m sure it won’t be my last. This 5.25 inch knife fits the role perfectly between my chef knife and pairing knife. It’s well balanced and super sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a awesome feeling knife they only thing I would change is to make the handle just a little thicker, however the knife comes with a crazy sharp blade on it when you buy it it’s very easy to handle and holds edge very well
