[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8-inch is perfect size for just about everything. One shortcoming is in chopping larger items such as melons, where a 10-inch may be handy. Overall outstanding.

I bought this knife for my wife for Mother’s Day. She was thrilled. The sharpness became apparent a couple of days later when I accidentally dropped it on my foot. Clean cut. Only eight stitches! Unfortunately, I lost my best pair of socks. Would highly recommend this knife for the careful but not the clumsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is the perfect knife to get you started cooking in any kitchen. It’ll cut it all. It’s balanced well and comfortable in the hand. I’ve gotten blisters from using other knives - not this one. This is a must buy for any kitchen.

Sharp knife

Previous knives I’ve had to put a lot of muscle into it and this is so sharp I hardly have to put any effort. It makes chopping, normally tedious for me, kind of fun. It’s very well balanced and did I say sharp? It’s definitely worth the cost. Hopefully it lasts for a very long time.
