Best knives !

I bought this knife about 10 years ago because I was tired of the typical "block" knife sets that you sharpen more than you use. I bought this one and every time I had some spare money I would add another Henckels to my collection, I now have 6 total and never need any other knives in my kitchen. They are a superior knives and worth every penny you spend on them. I am not a professional cook but these have been money well spent. I do truly enjoy having a sharp knife when I go to grab one. Thank you for making a great product.

Perfect balance, very durable. Purchased this knife for immediate relatives in need a a great knife. Being so sharp I love how it has the full bolster which acts as a guard. Has all the traditional features needed in a chefs knife however Zwilling's special formula steel makes a difference in performance/durability.

The Pro S is the best knife I've ever owned. The high carbon German steel is so durable, and it stays sharp for months with proper honing. I also like the full tang which adds weight as well as makes it real sturdy.
The knives I've owned in the past were set at at 20 degree, where the angle on the Pro S is slightly smaller, making it much sharper than other knives. I also like the fact that it is dishwasher safe, just in case one of my kids should put it in the dishwasher! The lifetime warranty gives me the security I needed to make this purchase, and I am so glad I did.

Perfection. Perfect fit for my hand, excellent weight, balance and a keen edge. I have not had it long enough to test the stain free steel but I have no doubt it will perform as advertised.
