Great Addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 15 piece signature Henckel set and love it. This 8” chef knife is the perfect addition for when I need that extra blade. The edge is very sharp out of the box and appears to hold up well thus far. The balance and grip is comfortable and seems good for use.
