Awesome knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love knife I’m an amateur at home cook and chef and frequently use this knife 4 to 6 times per week I had for 10 or 15 years and just recently got a new one would definitely recommend!

Perfect weight, size, and balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the workhorse in the kitchen and it does a fine job of it. The bolster adds to the balanced feel. However, the bolster extending down the knife edge make it a little difficult to sharpen.

Love the traditional design of this knife. Three riveted handle, with a full tang which makes it so durable, and gives it a nice sturdy feel. I use this knife every single day for just about everything. It chops, minces, slices, and shreds. No need to bring out my heavy food processor any more. This knife stays very sharp and is very easy to maintain. Best part, is that I wash and dry in less than a minute, and it's good to go.
I would recommend this to a friend!
