[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave it only 4 stars due to the fact ove only had it for a few days but really impressed with the quality of the knife an the edge on it is impeccable equivalent if not better then my Japanese Steele

I realized to myself, this is what people mean when they say to let the knife do all the work! I’m so excited to continue to use this for many years to come.

Sharp and long lasting knife
