I cook a lot at home, but I never had a really good knife until I received this as a Christmas gift. It cuts through everything with such a ease and I love the weight of this blade!

Bought myself a 8 inch chef's knife 20 years ago. Today it's as good as the 1st day. Balance,maintains sharpness,easy to maintain and sharpen. So I bought one as a gift for a relative who loves to cook.

This knife was given to me as a gift years ago. It is my go to knife. Does everything I need it to; light enough to work all day, heavy enough to help me when I need it. Holds its edge and easy to maintain. Extremely good value.

This chef knife is certainly the most used item in the kitchen. Still sharp. Goes thru squash and sweet potatoes without a problem. I'm not a professional but this feels like what a professional would use.

First tool that should be placed in every kitchen. German made single piece fully forged with traditional three-riveted handle, the Professional S chef knife is a true workhorse for all your cutting tasks.

Love this knife!

I love the Pro knives, and I like how this chef knife has that traditional chef blade shape. It really moves across the cutting board nicely while I’m prepping my food. The high carbon stainless steel is really durable and you can tell when you're using it. The handle is easy to clean off and feel great in my hand as well.

Tremendous working blade

This is my "go to" blade for most of my prep work in the kitchen.
It's solid and sturdy. I cut through watermelon, butternut squash and chicken pieces with this. I like the width and shape of the blade. feel great in my hand. I'm a fan of the classic three rivets.
