Best knife I have Ever used

Received this knife as a gift this year. It’s very sharp and balanced! This is the nicest knife I have ever used. Makes cooking a much more pleasurable experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 8" Professional "S" because I was sick of cheap chef's knives that need constant honing. It's well-designed, so my hand doesn't cramp if I need to cut for longer periods. I find it to be sharper than other chef's knives I've owned in the past, and it keeps its edge well. This was a purchase I would gladly make again and was definitely worth the investment.

You can FEEL the quality
