Nice length on this paring knife

This paring knife is a really good length for apples and potatoes among other things. The handle fits comfortably in your hand for peeling jobs. This is a stamped knife made in Germany from specially formulated steel so it will resist corrosion and chipping plus maintain a sharp edge use after use. This knife has a full tang which means the steel runs through to the tip of the handle, not all stamped knives have a full tang which provides more stability and strength that you can feel while cutting.

This great little pairing knife is perfect for those who prefer a more lightweight German knife. This line is stamped high quality German steel, so it has a lighter weight than the forged lines.

This paring knife is so sharp. Its made from German Special Formula Steel and is stamped from a single piece of steel, makes for one durable knife. Traditional 3 riveted handle is super comfortable.

I love this knife for paring because the light weight lets me get right up on that blade and gives me the best control of the blade for paring! perfectly weighted and sharp as can be, this knife perfectly suits my needs for paring, and I do a lot of that!

Sharp and nimble

This is the best paring knife I've found because of a couple of reasons. I love the handle on this knife because it is nicely curved to fit my hand. The knife is nice and light so that I can maneuver it easily. It is also super sharp to get through anything I'm cutting.

Lightweight

What appealed to me when selecting this knife is that it is very sturdy but lightweight. I prefer the lighter weight but was concerned it would be a lesser quality knife. This is not the case with the Gourmet. Its is made with the Zwilling Special Formula steel which is guaranteed for life! I love how it feels in my hand, and the edge stays nice and sharp, which makes it a dream to use in the kitchen.
