Handy for smaller tasks

The Gourmet line is a very good line of stamped knives. They are manufactured under tight controls and precise standards at Zwilling’s factory in Solingen, Germany. They have a full tang, running from the tip to the heel of the handle making these knives sturdy and stable. The comfortable handle is solid without being heavy.
Because the composition of the steel, these knives will stay sharp and responsive with every cut. Keep the blades honed, sharpen once or twice a year and you will enjoy them each time you use them. The 4-inch paring knife, is one of the mainstays of a kitchen. It s will do all the smaller, finer work that a chef's knife cannot handle. This one is very balanced, easy to work with. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash to keep it looking new.

Great knife for an aspiring home chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this knife for my birthday about a month ago and it has totally changed my dinner game. I used to struggle to cut tomatoes and onions and now prepping for dinner is a breeze.

A great paring knife

The perfect little parer, has a nice length for the blade shape. Great for peeling, and doing anything in hand, or even using as a fine edge steak knife. Great price point as well for a German blade that has been ice hardened to provide extra sharpness and durability.

This lightweight parer will take care of all of those smaller prep tasks. The stamped handle is comfortable while the forged blade is durable and sharp.
