Classic style and size for peeling and slicing smaller fruits and vegetables. I use this for peeling apples , slicing lemons and limes as well as precision slicing garlic and onions. Very sharp and durable. Classic contour handle feels and looks great!

Paring knives are like socks, they seem to mysteriously disappear. Having more than one is crucial. This is a great knife for the price. Made from premium ice hardened German Steel this knife is well balanced and feels good in the hand.

This is such a great little parer without breaking the pocketbook. It's made in Germany from a high carbon German steel so it's sharp and is going to stay sharp. A good parer is not too heavy and has a flexible blade; check and check!

This Gourmet line works well for all tasks in the kitchen and don't worry if taking it outside for picnics, b-b-qs or concerts. The paring knife will peel, slice, and cut small fruits like kiwi in your hand, and will cut out fruit or potato blemishes or bruises.

Nice length on this paring knife

This paring knife is a really good length for apples and potatoes among other things. The handle fits comfortably in your hand for peeling jobs. This is a stamped knife made in Germany from specially formulated steel so it will resist corrosion and chipping plus maintain a sharp edge use after use. This knife has a full tang which means the steel runs through to the tip of the handle, not all stamped knives have a full tang which provides more stability and strength that you can feel while cutting.
