A high quality, 3 ply stainless steel fry pan with a more useful bowl shaped cooking surface. The shape of this pan offers a larger flat frying surface area and deeper sloped side allowing for easier flipping, if that's your thing. Stay cool handles, with an incorporated spoon rest complete the package.

great stainless steel pan

This is a well designed pan. The tri-ply construction heats evenly and quickly. Its great on all cooktops and in the oven. The handle stays cool to the touch on the stovetop. I love the beveled rims for easy clean pouring.

Holds heat well. Prefer the 5 ply, but this is not a bad utility pan. Size is large enough for one pan meals if you plan it right.
