I switched from a carbon steel pan to a stainless steel pan for making steaks and, wow, I’m impressed by the performance. It’s easy to sear a steak and to clean. It took a little longer to heat up, compared to a carbon steel one, but I’m willing to trade that with the ease of maintenance. The steaks are cooked evenly and beautifully. 10” is large enough to cook 2 pieces of ribeye steaks altogether. The weight is not too heavy though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initial impressions are good. The handle feels nice and the pan has a nice weight to it. It feels quality the pan has a smoothly finished surface so nothing should stick on a properly oiled and heated pan. The sides are rounded for easy pouring.

So glad that we decided on a lifetime pan.

We had a non stick pan from a competitor and were not happy with the results. After doing research we decided to spend the money on a lifetime product and this brought us to Zwilling. We have been using the pan for everyday cooking and it heats evenly, comfortable to handle and the pan is truly non stick. Once we are done with our meal it is easy to pour the meal to a serving plate.
I would recommend this to a friend!
