Great everyday pan

A 10-inch skillet is one the most popular sizes. Great for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Available in 3 sizes, these stainless steel skillets are great for frying, searing, browning.
They are well made, heat quickly, hold the heat and cook evenly. They can take high heat for searing, or hold low heat for delicate pan sauces. These pans are made of 3 layers of clad metal - a thick interior layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 steel.
Because they cook so evenly - no burn spots and clean-up is easy. Dishwasher safe, but if you can, hand wash. It will look like new for years and years and years to come.

This 10" is a great size and I use it almost daily. From frittatas to steaks, this pan has never let me down. The aluminum core heats quickly and also distributes the heat evenly, which means no hot spots. It is beautiful; I am a sucker for a gorgeous pan with superior performance. The handle is stay cool handle due to the v where the handle meets the pan. The heat dissapates through the v leaving the handle cool to the touch!

This is great fry pan. I cook only with chemical free pans and this fit perfectly into that category. It has an aluminum center core sandwiched in between two layers of stainless steel. The heat retention and evenness of cooking surface are excellent. And it goes up to 500F in the oven. I love to pan sear a steak and finish in the broiler.

Great stainless steel set

This is a great stainless steel fry pan. I really love the handle on this fry pan, the long handle stays cool to touch and I love using it as a spoon rest for my spatulas and turners. I use the 10” fry pan a lot and love how I can take it from the stove top to the oven. It is really well made, it doesn't warp and really retains the heat well. This is a great stainless steel fry pan, I’m really impressed with the Spirit collection.

Fry it up in a pan

Really good stainless steel fry pan. The 10" is a good size. Sears and browns nicely. The handle is comfortable and stays cools on the stovetop. Cleans up easily. Baking soda paste sometimes help.

When you need a boost of high heat for stir fry's or searing meats. Stainless is also good when using vinegar or tomato products. I like making chicken piccata or marsala with this pan. Good heavy bottom for even heating and retaining the heat throughout. Good weight and comfortable handle to hold.
I like that it can go in the oven.
