Another great Zwilling pan!

The bottom of the pan has the heft to heat well and not scorch, the finish is very durable. I wish the had continued the Spirit ceramic line!

Heated pan to the point of water balling on surface. Added oil and cooked salmon. Perfect release and pan maintained heat nicely. Handle was cool. Pan felt balanced in hand.

First time user for a stainless steel fry pan

Heat distribution is great, the ergonomics of the handheld are great, the material feels different but definitely helps for the grip. Cleaning was easy, but you can see the heat marks after the first use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
