I use this knife for slicing large pieces of meat, carving turkeys and chicken. It’s very sharp, the more tapered tip really helps during carving tasks.

One stroke is all it takes!

This is a fabulous slicing knife. Can go through a turkey or roast with one stroke. Made from premium German Steel ice-hardened to keep a sharp edge this knife is a great addition to any collection.

I use this knife for carving meats and also for slicing . It's a solid, sharp and sturdy blade that is very comfortable to hold in your hand.

Graceful slicing with one stroke

The quality of this knife is terrific. It is part of the Pro line, one of Zwilling's best. The steel will hold up for a lifetime and the knife requires little maintenance, just a weekly honing (see the 2-stage sharpeners if you are timid about honing) and, at most, an annual sharpening.
It has an angled bolster, a new design features that matches the grip of professional chef's. It keeps the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. Or if you prefer, the full size grip fits most size hands. So everyone can feel comfortable and confident standing over the holiday roast. Consider the carving set - this knife comes with an excellent carving fork.

Not just for Thanksgiving

This is actually part of our carving set, but we use it more than just for carving at the holidays. It arrived sharp and is still sharp. Would recommend this to anyone.

A carving knife is one of those special occasion blades but it doesn't hurt to have a high quality one. This Pro version is amazing because of its innovative curved bolster and ergonomic handle. The forged blade is durable and will stay sharp for a long time.
