Great knife for my small hands.

I have small hands and this knife is the perfect size for me. It is fairly lightweight, very well balanced, and fits very comfortably in my hand. The edge is very sharp and is easy to maintain it’s sharpness with sharpening and use of a steel.

Best general slicing knife I have ever owned. It just slides through meats and vegetables (for example lemons) with very little effort. It combined with my 8" Chef's knife are about all I ever use any more.
