great slicer

I just added this piece to my Zwilling Pro collection. All the quality features are there. The German forged and made knife give a very strong sharp blade. The blade stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. The thin blade gives thin accurate slices. The curved bolster makes it comfortable to hold the proper way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

8 inch Pro Carving Knife

Fantastic Knife

Curved bolster is so much more comfortable in my hand. Also love that the I can sharpen the entire blade because the bolster does not interfere with the blade.
The Zwilling special formula steel is stain resistant and stays nice and sharp. Also easy to hone and re sharpen. The blade glides through meats and poultry, and I love the paper thin ham and roast beef slices I am able to achieve using the Pro. Highly recommended.
