LOVE the Pro series knives

Great Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for trimming and prepping brisket and other meats for the smoker. Love how sharp it is and how easy it is to keep sharp. Have had now for 8 months and it is still as sharp today as when I bought it. I use a Zwilling sharpening steel to keep it sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chef knife is too boxy, thin knives are too small, the slicing knife is perfect! I bought it separately because it’s not in every knife block set, but you don’t even need a knife block set with this thing. It can do what every other knife can do.
