Slender Slicer

Purchased as a carving set, this knife is also an excellent slicer. The straight edge of this slender blade makes clean slices with a single stroke.

This is a fabulous slicing knife. Can go through a turkey or roast with one stroke. Made from premium German Steel ice-hardened to keep a sharp edge this knife is a great addition to any collection.

I use this knife for slicing large pieces of meat, carving turkeys and chicken. It’s very sharp, the more tapered tip really helps during carving tasks.

Pro knives in general are fantastic, but I especially like this 8" Carving Knife. I use it almost daily for cutting and chopping. Well made of quality of German Steel.

Another great knife from Pro - the slicer or carving knife for all your meat dishes. ALso goes beyond meat and you can slide thru any hard to cut crusts or rinds - melons, squash, eggplant and more! The curved bolster helps with control and holding the knife for more precise cutting.

No joke, this is the best carving knife I have ever used. The blade is perfectly sharpened and cuts with such ease you will be amazed! The curved bolster and perfectly balanced knife is extremely noticeable!

Love knives that do several jobs...This Forged Carver is so balanced, you can almost pare with it! Zwilling best no-stain German stainless with angled bolster for firmest grip.

Comfortable and sharp

I love using this knife because I can slice through meat so easily and the handle gives me good leverage. The curve on the metal that connects the blade and handle makes it easy to hold.
