A well balanced, sturdy, light, small knife. It's really a miniature version of the Miyabi 6" chef's knife. Like the chef's knife, the steel is quite good for kitchen work, and takes an edge really well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice but wrong length

Nice knife, very handsome and (of course) sharp. But the actual blade length (of the sharpened portion) is 5", not 4.5".
I would recommend this to a friend!
