This cute white truffle mini round can be used for anything from individual servings to storage/decoration. The color looks great in any kitchen and the cast iron works its innovative magic even in this small size.

Versatile cocotte for single service portions. I like making egg custard dishes- both creamy and savory. they are perfect for sugar , salt and spices on your counter. Everything you would expect from a Staub. Even heating, heat retention and easy clean up!

I could use this to bake and serve dessert in. I could also use this to roast a tomato with my special topping, or to make an individual fondue portion. I have on one occasion made truffled potatoes. But right now,they are holding salts and paperclips. I just like to enjoy them as they are. The brilliant enameled Majolica finished colors add a bit of color to my very neutral environment so they are out where I can enjoy them. Plus they are all there when it's time for me to cook for a crowd.

I made little individual shuffles in these for a dinner party. Looked very "French" and they came out perfectly right from the oven. Great French made quality.

This is an awesome mini round cocotte. It is a great dipping dish, single serve ice cream bowl, holder for cream, etc. The white truffle color is really pretty and goes well with any occasion.

So cute and perfect for individual servings, savory or sweet. The piece can be used on any cooking surface up to 500F. Perfect for broiling cheese on French onion soup. I even use this pan to serve sauces or condiments during meal time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these mini round cocottes. Set of three with lids is a beautiful addition to my kitchen- I may have order more for entertaining! Versatile- easy to care for. Very high quality! Love them!
