miniaturized goodness

I love all of my Staub pieces but I am OBSESSED with these minis. All of the benefits of full size Staub just in a smaller size. The enamel coating is inside and out keeping with the traditional matte interior. The braising spikes are still featured on the lid. These are full cooking versions but I like to use mine for serving and for holding my salt and pepper in the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time, I wasn’t sure about this product because it was too small and price is kind of high , but. After delivery i was felling in love with this beautiful mini cocotte.
It is very small, but it is useful for many occasions, even more, you can use both oven and stove , and if you put hot ingredients inside it keeps really warm…
I was totally satisfied with this item.
Now I want all color collection. Lol,,,

Love these little cocottes

These are adorable little cocottes perfect for individual servings, desserts, sides or sauces. Since they are cast iron, they can go from oven to table to fridge with ease. They are the perfect addition to any table setting. Love the color of the truffle, really is a nice alternative shade to white.

I have quite a few of the mini cocottes for individual servings at the table and for putting out with dips and crudite for backyard BBQs/family gatherings. Cold dips stay cold and warm dips stay in the cast iron. I like to mix and match colors for a festive look and feel.

Specially, color,,,,, it is not clear white as we think, it is more like
Rustic off white color which I love more….
It looks good on any other color of my dishes.
