Great Product!!!! This is the best fry pan i have ever used it heats quickly and perfectly even on the entire pan. It is heavy! worth every penny.....

This Demeyere Atlantis fry pan is made with a 7-Ply construction (layers), including a copper layer. It has excellent heat conduction and retention. The pan is also made with a flat base technology so it won't ever warp or bublle when heated, even at high heats. Look inside the pan, what is it missing? Rivets, there are no rivets inside this pan so clean up is a dream. The pan also has a pouring edge for no-mess cooking. It can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction, oven and broiler safe up to 500F. Wait, it’s also dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never seen a more beautiful frying pan, and the rivet-less feature is an absolute must!!! Just a perfect, even cooking surface all around. Absolutely love it. (Keep in mind it will be heavier than your other pans though!)

Amazing frying pan
