Beautiful over medium eggs in stainless steel pan.

Absolute lovely pans, high quality that will last for ever. I was no longer willing to purchase non stick or ceramic pans that I had to toss out every few years, so believed it was time I learned how to us a stainless steel pan for delicate food. I had to learn to only us low heat and some oil and now I can successfully make beautiful over medium eggs and don't have to worry about toxins in my food.
