This chef's knife is great for all your chopping, slicing and dicing needs, the handle is comfortable to hold and always stays sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up in a family that used henckels knives and this was an easy choice for me- the knife is excellent! Sharp, well balanced, and comfortable to hold and grip. It’s a perfect all around knife you can use for just about everything in the kitchen.

Best knife ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this chef's knife as a Christmas gift and put it to use the same day. I made a beef tenderloin and the knife cut through it "like a knife going through butter" as they say. I have struggled for years with poor knives, and wanted something special for Christmas. This knife really fits the bill.

A wonder knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife. The length is perfect for day-to-day use, and the blade cuts perfectly. I also like the height as it allows me to grip the handle and cut rapidly without my fingers touching the cutting board.
