[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Henkel French knife in 1976. The other day I dropped it squarely on the tile for lore, and it broke. I sent it back to the manufacturer no questions asked and received a beautiful 8 inch chefs knife. Extremely high-quality very sharp. I knew when I purchased my French knife in 1976. It would last a lifetime. I had no idea how great the service would be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
