If you could only have one knife in a kitchen, the 8" chefs would be it. This blade is forged from one piece of German stainless steel so durable for a lifetime. Use the knife for carving, slicing, chopping and mincing. It is well balanced and the handle is extremely comfortable and stays that way through even the biggest prep jobs.
