This is a fantastic option if you are looking to add to your collection or replace an older paring knife. The Pro S line of knives is remarkably well balanced and the flexibility of this boning knife makes it so easy to tackle that tedious task.

Great additon to our set. The blade is so thin and narrow, easy to work around chicken bones.
