Sharp and Flexible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is sharp and flexible. 5.5 inch is a perfect length to cover most cuts that needs bones removed. Th blade design also makes cutting more precise and end up wasting less meat.

Best knife for removing silver skin from venison

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect knife for multiple uses. It removes silver skin from venison with ease. Perfect boning knife. Beautiful construction. When I received the shipment if was packaged very carefully. I was amazed at the care taken to protect the product. I have owned and used Zwilling pro knives for over 20 years. Wouldn't use anything else!
