My New Secret Weapon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Zwilling knives have been carefully selected, one by one, during the past couple decades, and each new one is always a welcomed addition—and this one is no exception. I bought for one specific purpose: to trim whole packer briskets, hog legs and other large cuts that I smoke. Although the Shun version is often mentioned as the ideal, to me, I think this knife is a very appropriate tool for the job, and for less money.

A "go to" knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is a "go to" in my kitchen; while it does a wonderful job boning (I use it to process venison hindquarters & shoulders), it's quite versitile. Can't do without it.
