Perfect for deboning turkey breast

Sharp and Flexible Boning Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is exactly as advertised. It came out of the package very sharp. It is flexible enough to maneuver around tricky cuts of meat and sturdy enough to stand up to more tough cuts. Overall, incredible product.
