[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kwilling Pro Santoku knife is a pleasure to use. It is well balanced in your hand with the perfect weight and cuts smoothly. We have been spending more time preparing homemade meals and decided to treat ourselves to a high quality knife set. After much review, I decided to go with the Pro line and it was a wonderful decision. I can't recommend this knife enough. It is the best!
