Perfect knife

Excellent knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the balance on my hand and how very sharp it is. My daughter has one and I use it at her house. I love being the sous chef where ever I go. I might even buy one for our cabin but will have to hide it so the men in the family don’t use it as a screwdriver, cutting wood or cleaning fish, Which they are known to do. When I was taking it out of the package I of course cut my finger, and I’m now wearing a Band-Aid but that didn’t stop me from using it!
