Wow - where do I even begin with this incredible knife? It arrived sharp and has stayed sharp with multiple uses! I really appreciate the balance and ergonomic hold, allowing me to cut more without hand fatigue or cramping. Everything that I’ve cut so far has slid off the knife without issue! I can’t believe I’ve been cooking for 10+ years without this knife…I can’t imagine cooking without it now! I’m very happy, and would highly recommend this knife to any cook at any level
