It is a great bang for the buck for the person who really enjoys cooking or for the person who is tired of always squishing things wen they try to cut with knives that aren’t sharp and dull quickly. Well worth the money.

Sharper than I Am

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife’s weight distribution and handle. I knew I had found the quintessential “forever” family heirloom knife from the very first slice… clean through my index finger. Using this knife has made me so (or rather, too) confident in the kitchen. I can arrogantly slice right through a carrot without worrying about it rolling around on the chopping board or cutting your food into jagged slices. Using this knife for the first time really put in perspective how awful typical knives are!
