Good weight, comfortable handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and the Twin signature for comparison. The Pro definitely has more weight to it without being too heavy. I didn't mind the ergonomic handle on the Twin but I like the hook on end of the Pro handle which the Twin didn't have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great carving knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our old Twinstar knives and these Pro Knives and they are fantastic. Heavier blade profile and holds a really nice edge. We actually replaced with an entire set, and so far they are all working really nicely. I expect these knives to be easier to sharpen because of the blade profile, but have not had to put a new edge on any yet. I would recommend these knives.
