[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zwilling Pro 7 inch Santoku is balance to perfectly and so far it has held its sharp edge really well. This is one of the better nice I have used. Would recommend it to anyone.

What a difference

The difference between this and my old knife is *chef's kiss* ! The cuts are so effortless and precise and prepping dinner is much more enjoyable. I am looking forward to my next Zwilling knife purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy to add this 7" knife to my growing set of these high-quality knives. I ask for one of these knives every year for Christmas. This larger knife is perfect for those bigger jobs which require a bigger (yet razor sharp!) blade.
