Fantastic - Good weight without tiring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is great! The full bolster gives it a nice weight so you don't tire using your arms to cut, and is sharp enough to not make slicing through a mound of vegetables a hassle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great knife added to the best knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the matching knife set for this knife for our wedding gift from my parents and I absolutely love it. I found myself always using the 5” santoku and avoiding the chefs knife because they are great but not my santoku. Then I found the 7”! I am so happy to use it and it has becalmed my go to in the kitchen.
