Three great paring knives to tackle any peeling, paring, coring tasks you have. Dishwasher safe. Extremely sharp and will hold their edge. Resharpen whenever you need to.

These make a great gift set for soemone just starting out and is in need of all the kitchenwarre. The paring knife is one of my most used knives in the kitchen and this set has all you would need.
