[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently lost all my Henckel knives in a fire. When it was time to replace my knives I knew this Chefs knives would be the first one ordered. The balance of the knife in my hand is perfect. The blade cuts with precision and ease. Very thankful I could once again have this knife back in my kitchen.

This value knife performs well and is used daily for most everything! Cuts meats, veggies, potatoes, melons, squash, and more. This 8" Chef knife is considered the "workhorse" of the kitchen and that says it all!

Purchased this knife for my summer retreat. Wanted something affordable and dependable. Great for every day use. Nice weight and full bolster which adds balance and weight to the knife. Very comfortable grip and holds an edge. Dishwasher safe and made from German steel.. Everything I want and need.

This Forger Synergy chef's knife is sure to offer a comfortable grip because of its ergonomic handle and curved bolster. The forged steel will also stay sharp for a really long time. The knife is perfectly weighted and balanced too.

Excellent quality and design . Super sharp, durable and well balanced. I like the full bolster for stability and comfort. The handle is comfortable to hold. I like the accent of steel in the grip.
