Great go to knife for everyday use. Synergy chefs knife feels really good in your hand, well balanced and very sharp. I like the stainless steel back on the handle, it gives a unique look.

This is a great forged knife with a value price. It's made from German stainless steel so it corrosion resistant and capable of keeping a sharp cutting edge. The forged bolster extends down the back of the handle for an attractive and sturdy appeal.

The Right Knife Makes a Difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I didn’t think a knife could make such a big difference but dang what took me so long! I didn’t know it could be so easy to actually chop herbs. I used to be a terrible cook but this knife makes me want to cook every day!

German steel, made in China?.....Yeah right. My pocket knife holds a better edge. Buy a good knife. I regret getting this one.
