Good set of knives

Worth the cost. Has some stuff that I haven’t used before and has some duplicate items that I already have in my current knife block.

Get Into My Kitchen!

While this set indicates "barbecue carving tool set", I am immediately moving these to become a mainstay in my kitchen. The knives are weighted perfectly which makes cutting a breeze. The Carving Fork has extra-long tines which helps hold ANYTHING you put in front of them in place. Although I haven't had a chance to use the shears or the bear claws just yet, I'm so excited to put them in action! I probably use my existing shears for more than I should. However, if the ones from this set are half as good as the rest of the set, these are going to replace every set of scissors I own!

Like everything about this set, right down to the canvas bag. Handy by the grill, at the campsite and even in the kitchen. Awesome!

Order this for a gift, used this set when visiting slicing brisket and pulling a pork shoulder knifes were sharp and the retro roll up case keeps everything organized and blades protected Love this set, if you BBQ this is the set you need!

9 piece BBQ knife set

This 9 pc BBQ set is fantastic. The slicer works perfect for carving even slices on briskets and tri tip. I tried the rib carver and it worked so much better than my other knives for getting even cuts on my ribs. The roll up bag is perfect for storing this set away with my other BBQ items.
