Got this as a birthday gift and they rock. So far I've used the 5.5 inch prep knife to prepare ribs but it made quick and easy work. Sharp right out of the box

The brisket knife is perfect for the job. We have the zwilling pro knife set, so I was worried these would feel cheap in comparison. They’re actually great and surpassed my expectations.
The carrying case is a nice plus and seems like it’s built to last. Definitely worth buying, especially if you manage to snag it on sale!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great set of knives. just what I needed for the variety of meats I bbq (brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs, pulled pork, and the occasional turkey or duck). the carry case is nice as well though not super functional, as I don't have much need to travel from place to place. the quality of the knives is also excellent - what I'd expect from henckels... and at this price point, great value.
