Professional knives tool set. You can use daily in your kitchen too. I got this for Christmas present from my wife’s. I love it.

A perfect first set of knives for an avid BBQ’er! Each knife is super sharp, well made, and kept in a nice clean roll bag. Couldn’t have asked for a better gift!

Overall, fantastic set

Great knife set. Between the 4 knives, you’ll have a knife for any barbecue or meat related task. The carving fork is thick, beefy, and ready for years of use. The bag/carrying is made of a thick, durable canvas, great for storing on a regular basis, and fantastic for traveling, whether to the in-laws or on vacation. The only things to note, is that the shears present are great quality, but should be relabeled as scissors. I do not think that they would survive the force necessary to get through thick bone or cartilage. Something small or thin, they’ll handle just fine. I’d personally recommend buying a solid pair of heavy duty shears, replace what’s in the bag, and use those as kitchen scissors.

Very nice all in one set. Everything you could need, sheaths are a nice bonus. The velcro that holds the knives in the roll is pretty lackluster but thats the biggest issue so far
