My fiance ordered this for me because we cook at other people's houses and many times find the knives to be less than acceptable. These knives are fantastic. High quality. Not some light weight thin flimsy material. High quality knives you will be PROUD to showcase whenever you are in charge of carving, trimming, slicing. Also ordered the sharpener to KEEP them sharp but the arrived razor sharp.
