Good travel set of knives.

I would have given this a 5 star rating but the fit and finish on the handles leave a bit to be desired. On the bottom edge you can feel the square edge of the tang down below the edge of the handle. It is more prominent on some of the knives more than others. Also it would be nice if the carrying knife fold had a carry handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

9 piece BBQ knife set

This 9 pc BBQ set is fantastic. The slicer works perfect for carving even slices on briskets and tri tip. I tried the rib carver and it worked so much better than my other knives for getting even cuts on my ribs. The roll up bag is perfect for storing this set away with my other BBQ items.

I own many Henckels products and have never been let down. This is no exception! I can’t say I’ll use this set every day, since it will just be for barbecue, but I know they will last. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great set with everything you need to cut and shred multiple meat types. I am very impressed by the quality and balance of the knives as well how sharp they were out the box. Great set for the money.
