These are by far my favorite mugs to use for any warm drink. If I don’t want to hold the handle I can grab it anywhere. It’s the perfect size for a nice big cup of coffee. Will definitely buy more.

Beautiful but surprisingly fragile

We purchased two sets (four mugs) 5 or 6 months ago, and we only have two remaining. They look beautiful and work well to insulate coffee. They get daily use, but two of the mugs have developed cracks. Always hand washed, never put in the dishwasher (although the use/care instructions say they are fine for dishwasher), and pretty sure we haven't thrown them around or dropper other items onto them, but after a while we've noticed two of them (the only two removed from the box and used) now have cracks and aren't useable. We have opened our second box and plan to be more careful with them, see if it is "user error" or the product itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
