Adorable addition to my table. Purchased to go with my larger Staub pieces. Perfect for holding sauces and gravies on the table. Nice size, and weight, keeps items hot and is easy to pass.

I love all of my Staub pieces but I am OBSESSED with these minis. All of the benefits of full size Staub just in a smaller size. The enamel coating is inside and out keeping with the traditional matte interior. The braising spikes are still featured on the lid. These are full cooking versions but I like to use mine for serving and for holding my salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Solid cast iron for soups, desserts, etc. oven safe way high & then looks great on table. Has li'l spikes beneath lid for moisture circulation just like bigger brothers.

Perfect for individual French onion soups! and a whole lot more. This mini cocotte goes from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems. It holds heat well and will stay hot all the way through dinner. It is also microwave and dishwasher safe. This little guy does it all.

I like using these for pot de Creme, and other custard dishes, including egg dishes. great for tarte tatin, soups and stews! Also, a fun cocotte for dried spices!
