Perfect for individual servings

This little pot is made exactly the same as my 5.5 quart, except in an adorable, single serving size. Individually enameled, same durable black matte inside and self basting lid. Because cast iron holds its temperature so well, these are making for making indivdual dishes. Nothing makes someone feel more special than their own serving of a mac or cheese or au gratin potato. But my very favorite thing to bake in these are molten chocolate cakes. They come out perfect everytime and I love how they stay warm for my guests.

Adorable addition to my table. Purchased to go with my larger Staub pieces. Perfect for holding sauces and gravies on the table. Nice size, and weight, keeps items hot and is easy to pass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Staub mini cocottes are first of all, very attractive and so they look great on my table.
I love making large batches of food like baked ziti, creme brulee, mac and cheese, as well as cobblers of all kinds. Since the cocotte can go from freezer to oven, I can make a dish a day or so early, freeze it and then pop it in the oven right before my guests are due for dinner. Durable and easy to clean. A great product from a great company.

These mini cocottes have all the details of their larger counterparts! Get several and use for individual servings of side dishes, soup or desserts like cobbler or chocolate lava cake. I also use mine to serve butter or sour cream. Regardless of what you use them for they're bound to be a favorite. Clean up is a breeze with the black matte interior.

Perfect for individual French onion soups! and a whole lot more. This mini cocotte goes from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems. It holds heat well and will stay hot all the way through dinner. It is also microwave and dishwasher safe. This little guy does it all.
